About Endo Village

Our Mission

Our Mission

Our Mission

At our core, our mission is to empower and educate endo patients by fostering a sense of belonging and understanding. We believe in the power of personal experiences, quality resources, and advocacy to make a positive impact on the endometriosis community.

Our History

Our Mission

Our Mission

Founded in October 2022 by five local women with diverse experiences with endometriosis, our support group aims to bridge the gap and provide a much-needed in-person connection for endo patients. Recognizing the absence of a supportive community where individuals could connect and share their journeys, we embarked on a mission to create an endometriosis community where healing and service to others could flourish.

Post-Surgery Care Package Program

This year, our goal is to launch the Post-Surgery Care Package Program for endo patients recovering from surgery. We're dedicated to delivering packages with self-care essentials and uplifting items to bring comfort during the recovery journey. If you'd like to contribute through assistance or donations, please see our "Get Involved" tab at the top of our page – together, let's make this initiative a reality for our endometriosis community.

Early Detection Education Project

Once our care package program is established, our next goal is to create a program that shares vital, accurate information about endometriosis with teen and young adult organizations. We aim to provide resources emphasizing the importance of early diagnosis and create a supportive endometriosis community for young individuals to learn how to manage symptoms effectively.

Community Awareness Project

Our final vision for Endo Village is to launch an Endometriosis Awareness Project in our community. Our goal is to host engaging awareness events tailored for both endo patients and their support systems, creating a space for education and connection. Additionally, we plan to actively participate in local health events, where we will provide valuable information about endometriosis to attendees.

Organization Status

We are thrilled to announce that our organization has officially been granted 501(c)(3) non-profit status! This significant achievement marks a major milestone in our mission to support and raise awareness for individuals affected by endometriosis.

With our newly established non-profit status, we are now better positioned to:

  • Secure funding through grants and donations to expand our programs and services.
  • Enhance our advocacy efforts to raise awareness and educate the community about endometriosis.
  • Provide improved support and resources to individuals living with endometriosis.

Our commitment to serving the endometriosis community remains stronger than ever. We are dedicated to making a positive impact and will continue to work tirelessly to improve the lives of those affected by this condition. Thank you for your continued support as we embark on this exciting new chapter as an official non-profit organization. Together, we can make a difference!
